For virus creation you must know about three field :-

1. MS-DOS commands:
It is most important for virus creation because if u have not high level knowledge of one or more programming languages or you have high level knowledge of only one language and you want to create virus in other language.
If you have extra knowledge of MS-DOS commands and Batch Files then you can connect your MS-DOS commands and Batch Files internally to one or more programming language without having high level knowledge of every programming language.

2. REGEDIT:
 You must have knowledge of REGEDIT by which can create virus of different objective.

3. Programming Languages:
 It is the basic requirement of your virus , if you will use a script language like VB-SCRIPT , BATCH-SCRIPT which require no compilation and executed directly . VB-SCRIPT and BATCH-SCRIPT virus are not secure because your enemy can see these types of virus code and get the removing method of virus .
So i suggest you that do not use script virus but use this script internally in program that leads you to create your virus easily without high level knowledge of language.
